Barchefs will be judged by selected members of the industry on their cocktail’s originality, presentation and taste. The one who is awarded the most points will be invited to represent Toronto at the nationals in Toronto in May 2015.
PUBLIC’S CHOICE
Participants will receive a dogtag to be remitted to their favourite barchef. The barchef who receives the most dogtags by the end of the night will be invited to represent Toronto at the nationals in Toronto in May 2015.
