Montreal Regional Finals 2016

MADE WITH LOVE is the annual event that allows you to discover what your city’s has to offer in terms of coffee & cocktail Culture

This year, for Montreal’s Regional Finals, BarChefs & Baristas will let their imagination run wild at the Windsor Train Station within the beautiful Salle des Pas Perdus where they will present to the judges and the public their original creations & food-pairings!

MADE WITH LOVE BarChef & Barista will allow cocktail enthusiasts to discover the art of coffee and Baristas to discover the BarChefs’ talent and passion for craft cocktails. Last year, MADE WITH LOVE’s event in Montreal welcomed more than 1500 guests. We are expecting 2000 coffee and cocktail enthusiasts for the 2016 edition in December!

One ticket for the event includes complete tasting of all showcased cocktails and coffee based concoctions, their food-pairing, a welcome cocktail & a Red Bull can as well as a right to vote for your favorite cocktail creation / favorite BarChef & Barista.

JUDGES’ CHOICE WINNER:
Creations will be judged on their originality, creativity and taste. Judges will look for passion, expert knowledge, distinct ingredients and the way competitors incorporate these elements in their cocktail creation. The BarChef who will be attributed the most points will go on to the National Finals in May 2017, and will have a chance to win one of 10 trips to one of MADE WITH LOVE’s affiliated distilleries.

PUBLIC’S CHOICE WINNER:
Every guest will receive a «dogtag» necklace. After having tasted the competitors’ cocktails, the guests will have to give their «dogtag» to their favorite BarChef. The BarChef who will have collected the most necklaces will also be elligible to the National Finals in May 2017, and will have a chance to win one of 10 trips to one of MADE WITH LOVE’s affiliated distilleries.

JUDGES’ CHOICE WINNER:
The Baristas will be judged on originality, presentation and taste of their creation. Whoever receives the most points will win a trip with MADE WITH LOVE in Vancouver and Seattle for the chance to visit the best coffee shops and meet the most talented Baristas of the West Coast!

PUBLIC’S CHOICE WINNER:
All guests at the event will receive a right to vote. After tasting, they will hand it over to their favorite Barista. Whoever receives the most will win a trip with MADE WITH LOVE in Vancouver and Seattle for the chance to visit the best coffee shops and meet the most talented Baristas of the West Coast!
