Public’s Choice: Participants will receive a dogtag to be remitted to their favourite mixologist. The one who receives the most dogtags by the end of the evening will be invited to represent Halifax at the nationals in Toronto in May 2015.
Jury’s Choice: Mixologists will be judged by selected members of the industry on their cocktail’s originality, presentation and taste. The one who is awarded the most points will be invited to represent Halifax at the nationals in Toronto in May 2015
