Cocktail by Pierre Gadouas – ArtGang MTL

 

 

 

 

 

¾ oz Hendrick’s gin
½ oz Chamomile and pink peppercorn syrup
¼ oz Fresh lime juice
¼ oz de Cucumber juice

Shake 10 times with 1/2 Kaffir lime leaf
Serve in a cucumber glass

Food pairing: macaroon infused with sumac, Greek yogurt infused with matcha tea served on a slice of cucumber
