Here’s the recipe for the Judges Choice winner cocktail at the Made with Love competition – Montreal Regional Final, December 2015

Cocktail by Tom Almani – independant

 

 

 

 

1 ½ oz Skyy Vodka
1 ¼ oz Cordial grenade, combawa & lemon
¾ oz Mangosteen juice
¾ oz Egg white
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Shaved Combawa for garnish

Food pairing: Salmon gravlax, beetroot with herbs & citrus vinaigrette
